The platform has been terrible. This is the second time I've ordered an item that was marked as 'ready to ship' only for the seller to later declare it out of stock. This time, the item is still listed for sale. I ordered on the first of November, expecting delivery by the 13th, but as of the 15th, my package still shows 'to ship.' All I get from the platform is an apology message saying they are working on it, which feels like a blatant lie. I tried contacting them but only received automated responses. The seller also provided templated messages stating the item is out of stock. I requested a cancellation, but it has yet to be processed. I can't leave a public review due to their policies. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
