Bought an expensive 40 000 thb roborock with 3 year warranty on Lazada and the lazada seller does not answer warranty claims. Lazada says to mail my expensive robot to the seller and they will refund me. Then I get an email saying possible refund. Then phone call and email saying refund and then when I ask for escrow, lazada emails again possible refund. Lazada can not be trusted with expensive purchases and any kind of warranty. Lazada just lies and cheats.
