I am furious and extremely disappointed with Lazada and seller Kordel’s!Seller sent me Bio-Oil Skincare 200ml manufactured in Feb 2023 – 2.5 years ago! They claims it lasts till 2028 (5 years!) SERIOUSLY?? yet no manufacturing or expiry date stated for buyers to decide.Lazada and seller rejected my dispute, saying “not expired, still can use.”I paid for fresh quality, not old stock!This is NOT a clearance sale, and Lazada is protecting a dishonest seller who dumps old inventory on customers.This whole incident wasted my time and destroyed my trust in Lazada after years of loyalty.How can we trust Lazada if this is how you treat buyers?
