I have requested on 25/9/2020 for the faulty purchased item to be picked up by Lazada. Lazada gave me 7-14 working days for them to pick it up. Lazada had never contacted me to make an arrangement. I had contacted them numerous times and each time they would sent me an email stating that they have informed their delivery department and the faulty item would be picked up within another 7-14 working days. Until now, no one from Lazada or their delivery department had contacted me to fix a date for a pick up. It is so frustrating. No loss to Lazada for the item had been paid in full. If Lazada is incapable of providing such services, do not offer it to your customers!
