I'm so upset & very dissappointed with lazada customer service or with lazada return procedure.. Seller sent wrong size on 14/10/20, when i contact seller they ask me to return tru lazada proses pick ..on 15/10 i submitted the return form & i reveived the return label form but they i said i have to print d form to pass to lazda.. i have to bare all the trouble drive out to loom for printer shop..coz im just a housewife... after i told them i already print out they said i have to wait 14 days or maybe more till lazada arrange for pick up ... today is 13/11 its almost 1 month..they never come to pick up... i have to chat with that stupid customer robot to tell them please take action..i need my refund.. my money stuck in lazada account for nothing.. i waisted my time & i'm soo stressfull dealing with 10 lazada customer service chats... i'm very mad... i hope this message reach to lazada management ..how u customer service play around with me.. i noticed they cancel my 1st return form that stated 15/10 & they simply make new form with new date on 10/11... i do have alll d prove.. i screenshoot all d chat & keep all d email that they keep promising me certain date & they never turn up.. i asked for lazada manager phone no but they gave me wrong no which not in service...i send my msg to Seller & they just ignore my msg... eventho i saw they online...
