The worst experience with a online shopping websites. I bought TV and they send me defective TV with broken screen. Package was damaged and was taking photo when opening to show process. Before open and after open and when TV is on. Request to return and refund of product. Their process was very slow and on the end just refused to refund stating that there is no evidence of broken TV 😂 what else evidence do they need ? Photos of non working half of TV screen, broken/damaged package and TV itself and as per them all is in order. Just bulahit.
