Now, the status shows it's under validation, leaving me unsure if it’s with the seller or the platform for approval. I haven't received any response. The deadline is set for 21/01 at 23:59 for an answer. The refund process is slow; I wish I had chosen cash on delivery. Very disappointed with this experience.
