Received products looked like counterfeit items. Reported the case to Lazada Singapore and the mobile app was showing the pickup would happen on the following day from 11 am to 9pm .No call for pick up arrangement from the logistic provider thereafter. Texted and Called to Lazada Customer Service but they can provide no assistance at all and just asked me to wait. Terrible service!

Frustrating Experience with Console Purchase

I purchased a console that had issues. After returning it, I have been waiting for a refund. The seller confirmed receipt of the item and agreed to the return, but now the status is stuck on validation. I have received no updates, and the refund process is taking too long. I regret not choosing cash on delivery. This experience has been very disappointing.

I unfairly lost my voucher because of this. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with various representatives, I received no meaningful assistance or follow-up. The refusal to escalate my complaint is unacceptable. I demand immediate contact from someone with authority to address this issue. This experience has severely damaged my trust in the platform.
