Received products looked like counterfeit items. Reported the case to Lazada Singapore and the mobile app was showing the pickup would happen on the following day from 11 am to 9pm .No call for pick up arrangement from the logistic provider thereafter. Texted and Called to Lazada Customer Service but they can provide no assistance at all and just asked me to wait. Terrible service!
