I am deeply frustrated with how my case was handled. After purchasing a voucher and placing an order, it was cancelled due to the seller's failure to dispatch. I unfairly lost my voucher because of this. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with various representatives, I received no meaningful assistance or follow-up. The refusal to escalate my complaint is unacceptable. I demand immediate contact from someone with authority to address this issue. This experience has severely damaged my trust in the platform.
