I am very disappointed with how my return dispute was handled. I purchased a product that turned out to be defective and potentially hazardous. Despite my concerns, the seller refused to accept the return, and the platform sided with them, demanding unreasonable proof. This experience has shown that the platform does not prioritize customer safety, and I find their approach to handling hazardous items to be deeply troubling.
