An agent from the support team contacted me with a suspicious request: I had to transfer my assets for verification before they would remove the restrictions. This demand is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their internal practices. When I tried to reach standard support, I was redirected repeatedly with no resolution. It feels like users are caught in confusing loops instead of receiving genuine assistance. I urge the management to address these issues immediately; this behavior is unacceptable.
