I invested in a token listed on the platform because it was marketed as a verified project. I had no connection with the project team and did not take part in any presale. My choice was based solely on trust in the platform's verification process.
However, right after the listing, the token's price plummeted by 70–90% within a matter of seconds, which seems far from normal market behavior, especially after a verified presale. This situation strongly resembles a rug-pull or a serious liquidity issue.
Moreover, for over 24 hours post-listing, I was unable to place any sell orders. The support team later confirmed that liquidity was unstable. This effectively trapped users, preventing them from exiting their positions, no matter the price.
This isn't merely a “trading loss” or user mistake. It's a significant market failure related to verification and liquidity management at the exchange level. I did not send money to the project team; I made my purchase directly on the platform, relying on its verification.
For a major centralized exchange, this is very alarming. Verified listings should safeguard users from such situations, not expose them to this risk.
If this issue isn't adequately addressed, I will file formal complaints with the relevant regulatory and law-enforcement bodies and continue to document this case publicly for transparency.
I hope the platform takes this matter seriously and works to restore user trust.
