Finally, on January 6, the delivery person answered, and if my mom hadn't pushed for same-day delivery, it could have been postponed further. We received the fruits, but they were mostly spoiled; only the pomelo was edible. We were told that the delay was not their fault, but attributed to the receiving office's peak season issues.
