I was contacted on Sunday and advised that a vehicle had been arranged and would be delivered to me on Monday at approximately midday. Based on this confirmation, I made the necessary arrangements expecting the vehicle to arrive as scheduled. However, on Monday morning I received a further call informing me that the vehicle had been involved in an accident and was therefore no longer available. I was then advised that no alternative vehicle could be offered and that my booking had been returned to BMW.As a result of this late notice and lack of contingency planning, I was left completely without a vehicle, causing significant inconvenience and disruption. No suitable replacement or solution was provided, despite the short notice and the impact this situation has had on my commitments.
