I cannot express how incompetent this company is. I am also disappointed with the service provider they are allegedly collecting on behalf of. I have a credit balance with them, yet somehow I’ve been linked to a customer at a different address that I’ve never lived at, which is about 20 miles away. Despite multiple emails asking how they obtained my personal information, they won’t disclose it. I’ve received letters about a debt I don’t owe, and even the address they are using is incorrect. This harassment has been ongoing for months and is completely unacceptable.
