I’m extremely disappointed with how this company has managed my case regarding a bill. After receiving a letter claiming my company owed money, I requested a copy of the bill to understand the charge. The bill they sent had details completely unrelated to me. I contacted them to correct their records, but received no proper response. Instead, I received more letters threatening legal action, despite my attempts to clarify the situation. This experience highlights their disorganization and lack of professionalism.
