Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 stars!! I was being chased for a Thames water bill from 2019 when I moved out 8 years ago. They ask to confirm my personal information before they even talk to you. Seems they purchase debts in hope of making profit. LCSDR didn’t check their facts before bombarding me with letters!
