Like a lot of people, I heard about LC Sign from Tony’s funny videos, so I figured I’d give them a shot. We were looking to get a very large LED sign made for our office — around a $10,000 order — so this wasn’t some tiny inquiry.After going on their website and messaging them on WhatsApp, the communication was awful. Not just slow… I’m talking days, sometimes over a week, just to get a response. And half the time, no response at all. Honestly, it’s the worst communication I’ve ever experienced with any business we’ve dealt with in China, which really surprised me.It feels like they make so much money that they just don’t care about getting all the business they can. Eventually, we gave up, found another supplier in China, and placed our order elsewhere.Too bad we couldn’t try LC Sign — but to this day, we still haven’t gotten a response back from them on WhatsApp lol.
