Originally, I had a great experience with my first order from LC Sign. So, I placed a second order for another piece in the same colors. Unfortunately, the new item arrived in a noticeably different color and didn’t match at all, making it unusable. When I raised the issue, they suggested that my original piece might have faded (even though it hadn’t) and it was less than a year old.When I asked for a reprint, I was told the color difference was “the best they could do,” and no refund was offered. I eventually pushed for a partial refund and was told I would receive 40%, but they never processed it. It has now been seven months, and I’m still waiting.It’s disappointing to go from a positive first experience to such poor follow‑up and lack of accountability. I no longer trust this company and cannot recommend them.
