Steer clear of this company. I ordered a coat on November 19, 2025, and received it in early December, only to find out they have a strict exchange policy on sale items. The quality was far below my expectations, and the coat didn't resemble the pictures. After two weeks of back-and-forth with the customer support team, I was told that my return had already been processed, despite providing reference pictures. Frustrated with the lack of resolution, I decided to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. My experience with this company has been the worst, and their social media presence does not reflect the reality of their poor service.
