Ordered an Asus laptop 1 month ago. Stoped working after 3 weeks. Has been sent back for reparation 2 weeks ago and still no news as of today. No compensation was proposed. Very disappointed by the customer service, Live Chat agents are almost disrespectful. They have very good reviews in Trustpilot but trust me they don't deserve such a high rating.
