I live in Greece . August 1st and i preorder a very expensive monitor from Ldlc.com (2200 Euro) . With the monitor there was also a promotion running and the first 30 orders had a 300 Euro soundbar with them . I paid with my paypal account and the amount of money was put on hold on my credit card indicating that everything was ok with my paypal and my credit card . I was then suspiciously asked for a photo file of my id . I have never met this strange demand nowhere in any EU shop until now especially for using Paypal . I uploaded my id and then i saw that i was validated and everything was once again ok. Next day i was checking for the total amount of money i was charged and i noticed that while they legally charged me another 4% because of Greek VAT being at 24% while on France 20%

Bought on Tuesday feb 17th and got delivered on Thursday feb 19th in Valencia, Spain. Only complain I have is they would only use Seur as carrier for Spain and I really don´t trust that company. In this case, package arrived quick and safe.

It feels like LDLC is confusing things: 1) Failure to refund after forceful order cancelation is poor service. 2) Not refunding orders and trying to keep buyer's money is a fraud and punishable by law. I hope French authorities review all negative feedback posted on this platform and will take it into account. First you said it takes more than 7 days to refund ApplePay payment, now you say you never debited me in the first place! Ordered an Asus laptop 1 month ago. Stoped working after 3 weeks. Has been sent back for reparation 2 weeks ago and still no news as of today. No compensation was proposed. Very disappointed by the customer service, Live Chat agents are almost disrespectful. They have very good reviews in Trustpilot but trust me they don't deserve such a high rating.
This company does not refund orders on time. I paid almost €2600 for an item, they canceled the orders and still keeping the money, after 6 business days! The reason is that they prefer to use customer money for their own needs, it's like 0% loan for them, instead of giving it back for non-delivered service. Beware! They've kept my money on many occasions, when paying through PayPal or credit card directly. They've always explained is as "your bank did not process a cancelation and did not return the money" but it's nothing but lies. When pushed against the wall their justification "sorry, something did not go right" which is bs as well. They do it on purpose!
I am shocked by the poor delivery service and refund process in Italy. I ordered a small item that was shown as in stock at the time of purchase. It was dispatched on the same day, December 11th, with a stated delivery time of 3–5 days.Later, I discovered that although the company claims to have stock in Italy, the item was actually shipped from France. Despite France being a neighboring country within the EU, the delivery took nearly 20 days.By the time the item arrived, I was no longer available to receive it, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have still not received either the product on time or the refund to my account.This experience has been extremely disappointing. Neither the delivery nor the refund process was handled properly. I consider this service utterly unacceptable and will not order from this shop again.
