I am shocked by the poor delivery service and refund process in Italy. I ordered a small item that was shown as in stock at the time of purchase. It was dispatched on the same day, December 11th, with a stated delivery time of 3–5 days.Later, I discovered that although the company claims to have stock in Italy, the item was actually shipped from France. Despite France being a neighboring country within the EU, the delivery took nearly 20 days.By the time the item arrived, I was no longer available to receive it, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have still not received either the product on time or the refund to my account.This experience has been extremely disappointing. Neither the delivery nor the refund process was handled properly. I consider this service utterly unacceptable and will not order from this shop again.
