As a conscious consumer, I find it very disappointing when I trust a company with my money, expecting care in handling my purchase. Instead, I received a package that seemed carelessly assembled. Upon opening my rough package, I found the jacket tossed in without its main tags—only the gore-tex tag was hanging off—and lacking any protective packaging. The individual responsible for this needs to learn basic handling standards! If this company allows such treatment while charging full price, I will definitely reconsider my choices moving forward. It's unfortunate this occurred, especially since I’ve heard generally positive things about this company. Why did it take me so long to voice my concern? Well, it coincided with my house move, but that shouldn't excuse the situation. And yes, I have proof that the jacket was not properly packaged; I took a picture. Is it really necessary to follow up after placing an order just to request a new item in its packaging? This is a rhetorical question, of course.
