Terrible experience. I try to UID top up with the limited discount. It failed, but instead of being asked whether I wanted refunted back to my card, I got LD wallet gold. I went for the Self top-up, which was already another 10 dollars more, but whatever. And it failed again after 3 hours waiting. I was asleep by then. Now the self top-up is not showing, the discount one is still there and failing, I'm 85 dollars poorer and I can't get hold of them. No info on how to get that refunded, no easy way to process it. The chat with customer service is misleading as you wait in the queue just to be placed in another queue, then the chat dies and you have to start over!

I placed an order and, after 3 hours of waiting during which they told me to stay in front of my PC because they might need more information from me, they refunded the order by giving me their virtual currency, “LD Gold”.
The only problem? When I tried to purchase the same item again using this currency, I got a message saying that they had imposed restrictions on my ability to use it. Pretty shady, right? In fact, they are not letting me use the very funds that I own. Why? No idea… The customer service gave me constant nonsense excuses about how they “cannot remove this restriction”, even though it clearly comes from their own website and applies to their own currency. I’d say that’s quite suspicious.

So be careful when you buy from this site, you never know what might happen.

Been using this website for 5-6 times to top-up CZN everything is going well until today, I got forced logout because there's another device logging in from Australia (I forced logout from every device with in a minute so there's no loses) but after I watch the login record, I doubt that the one trying to login to my account was the same guy who handle my fail order from last week. The experience this time was disappointing. I first tried self top-up, but the device on the other end seemed to bug out and got stuck, likely due to server overload causing repeated black screens. I then switched to login top-up and even provided my Google account (which has worked before), but the waiting time was very long and the seller eventually refused to proceed, citing “high volume.” Lastly, I tried self top-up again by logging into my own Google account, but after login the screen went black, and I would’ve been stuck if I hadn’t switched Line ID. Overall, the process was inefficient and frustrating, though I hope future transactions will be smoother.
