For those unaware, Genshin no longer accepts 3rd party top ups. I became aware of this when I made a top up. It is unbelievable that they keep the website up even though they know the service they provide for doesn't work anymore. As a usual user of their services this is absolutely unjustified. I want the money that I spend back. Do NOT use their service for the foreseeable future.
