The bag was beautiful and of great quality, but I didn't like the color. When I tried to return it, I was informed that I would have to cover the shipping costs back to Italy. There was no mention of this return policy during the purchase process. They even have a banner on their site claiming free shipping and 90-day returns. I won’t be ordering from this company again.
