This is about the San Pedro bag in forest green I recently purchased from LeParmentier. It’s a beautiful structured bag that’s quite practical for my daily use. Customer service was excellent when I had to contact them regarding some international shipping questions. Overall a great shopping experience!

Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase experience

I am very unhappy with my purchase and the overall experience, and I would advise against buying from this service if you're in the United States. My order took weeks to arrive, and neither of the items matched the colors shown on the website. The ‘cream’ color is more like a baby pink instead of beige, and the ‘cognac’ is significantly darker than expected. One item even has a small defect in the leather and some loose threads. I reached out to the support team immediately with photos, but they dismissed my concerns as normal for their products. When I asked about returning my order, I was told I would need to cover the return shipping costs. I had assumed that I would have to pay for a return label, as is common with many other services, but I was not offered one. Instead, I was given an address and told to arrange my own shipping. The cheapest option I found is USPS, which charges $85 to ship to Italy. I just discovered that the same items are available on another platform with free returns. Now I'm left with two bags I don't want, one of which is defective.

Beautiful bag, but disappointing return policy

The bag itself was stunning and of high quality, but I was not fond of the color. When we tried to return it, we were informed that we needed to cover the shipping costs back to Italy. There was no information provided about returns during the purchase process. Additionally, the platform has a banner stating free shipping and a 90-day return policy. I will not be making any more purchases from this seller.

Delivery took far too long

It took 50 days for my order to arrive. When I asked for a refund due to the long wait, the customer support team insisted I return the item first. Very disappointing service and lack of care. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this seller.

Issues with return policy
