The bag itself was stunning and of high quality, but I was not fond of the color. When we tried to return it, we were informed that we needed to cover the shipping costs back to Italy. There was no information provided about returns during the purchase process. Additionally, the platform has a banner stating free shipping and a 90-day return policy.
