My order took weeks to arrive, and neither of the items matched the colors shown on the website. The ‘cream’ color is more like a baby pink instead of beige, and the ‘cognac’ is significantly darker than expected. One item even has a small defect in the leather and some loose threads. I reached out to the support team immediately with photos, but they dismissed my concerns as normal for their products. When I asked about returning my order, I was told I would need to cover the return shipping costs. I had assumed that I would have to pay for a return label, as is common with many other services, but I was not offered one. Instead, I was given an address and told to arrange my own shipping. The cheapest option I found is USPS, which charges $85 to ship to Italy. I just discovered that the same items are available on another platform with free returns. Now I'm left with two bags I don't want, one of which is defective.
