When I ordered the doors, I paid over £50 for 48-hour delivery. When selecting this option, the website presented a calendar of available delivery dates, and the earliest available slot was Wednesday (I placed the order on Monday), which I selected.

I then booked the day off work to accept delivery and arranged for joiners to fit the door. However, the door did not arrive on Wednesday, meaning the installation could not go ahead and I was left out of pocket.

I understand there may be a cut-off time for 48-hour delivery, but your website allowed me to select Wednesday as an available delivery date, and that is the date I booked based on the information provided. When I contacted you to request a refund for the 48-hour delivery charge, I was told there was nothing you could do.

This is very disappointing given that the website indicated delivery was available for Wednesday. I would like this resolved, including a refund of the 48-hour delivery fee and confirmation of a new delivery date.
