When I ordered the doors, I paid over £50 for 48-hour delivery. When selecting this option, the website presented a calendar of available delivery dates, and the earliest available slot was Wednesday (I placed the order on Monday), which I selected.

I then booked the day off work to accept delivery and arranged for joiners to fit the door. However, the door did not arrive on Wednesday, meaning the installation could not go ahead and I was left out of pocket.

I understand there may be a cut-off time for 48-hour delivery, but your website allowed me to select Wednesday as an available delivery date, and that is the date I booked based on the information provided. When I contacted you to request a refund for the 48-hour delivery charge, I was told there was nothing you could do.

This is very disappointing given that the website indicated delivery was available for Wednesday. I would like this resolved, including a refund of the 48-hour delivery fee and confirmation of a new delivery date.

Lack of the right kind of reference!

Dear Folks.
As has been the case before with suppliers, we are expected to know or remember the supplier rather than the product we ordered. Unless your asking for a review suggests some reference to the goods supplied, how can one know how to rate it? Are you a supplier within Amazon whom I order through several times per week. The AI that handles all their surveys, suffers from the same issues, not referring to the goods but an order number that bears no hint at what the order was for. This needs sorting! So much for letting artificial intelligence deal with it.
Whoever comes up with a simple solution will earn all my points…

an item i was after was sold out on online (bathroom lock and handle set) that needed to match 8 other sets of door handles i was ordering - following an online enquiry form - Leader were able to meet my order.

Slightly annoying something they had in stock was listed as "sold out" on the wensite - but the enquiry response was quick and met my requirements

Misleading Delivery Claims

The website is deceptive, claiming delivery to your chosen room, which led to doors being sent to a relative's home since she had a spare bedroom until we were ready to install them. Upon arrival, we were informed that delivery was only to ground floor rooms, leaving the doors in her living room. As she lives alone, she couldn't move them, forcing us to arrange for their relocation. It felt pointless to pay £36 for a service I didn't receive when I could have simply purchased them elsewhere. When I called, the staff were very rude and abrupt, insisting I should have read the terms and conditions. Reading every website's fine print is impractical. They should just add one word: deliver to your choice of room DOWNSTAIRS, instead of misleading customers. I wasted £36 I couldn't afford, and the aftercare was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this service and will never use it again.

Quick and Seamless Delivery Experience

The delivery was prompt and very efficient. The drivers reached out immediately and coordinated the delivery to accommodate both their schedule and mine, which is uncommon these days. They were courteous, friendly, and respectful while moving around my home with my children and pet present. I would certainly recommend this service.
