Contacted Leader and spoke with Paige who dealt with my request to return the items purchased, which were correct but my wife didn't like the finish so selected another brand. Paige followed the return from start to finish and despite having to pay £30.19p difference arranged for the exchange. I would have given 5 stars but they refused to accept one box of laminate flooring due the packaging being damaged, this was how we received them from the courier so little I could do about this issue. Otherwise, good company to deal with just make sure the original packaging is in good condition if you need to return anything.
