I want to share my horrific experience with this company to prevent anyone else from going through what I did.At first, I was very impressed with the service when my items were packed and collected from South Wales for shipment to Dubai. Everything looked professional and efficient.However, once my belongings went into storage, things changed completely. I was never informed about extra charges. The storage costs tripled and doubled without any prior notice, leaving me with no option but to abandon all my personal belongings and lifetime possessions.This experience has been emotionally and financially devastating.
