This is the second time that we have hired The Leaders Institute for a team-building event at our annual Sales Kick-Off. Once again we were sent Toby Martini, a man full of energy and wit. His skills really made this event incredible. This year we built "rescue bears" to donate to local law enforcement. Toby did a great job of educating us about emotional intelligence and DISc, as we engaged in fun activities. Several people have come up after the event to let me know how successful it was. Already looking forward to next year's event.
