Great cause and organized so we were able to utilize the self-moderated materials easily (and make any adaptions we felt were needed). Ice Breakers were fun and engaging and really got our teams pumped up for the Bike building activity. (We made it a challenge to see what team could complete their bike first.) Everyone had a great time, and we really improved our cross-functional relationships and communication, so not only did we win as an organization, we also felt great about giving back to the community!
