I tried to sign up for the free 2 week trial. I put in my debit card details and they wouldn't accept them, so I gave up. I didn't start the trial and moved on. Then two weeks later they charged me £720 for a pro annual subscription! Shocked I contacted them by support ticket. They say "You can expect a response within 24 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays)." And they say they will refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment anyway, but three working days and two chaser emails later I still haven't heard anything. It's a dreadful technical fault that can cause this to happen in the first place, and abysmal customer service that I haven't even had a person reply to my ticket.
