No meaningful support and ultra-scammy billing practices.

Started a Leadpages account for a simple urgent client landing page. The software literally didn’t work - would not publish and support were extremely slow. They kept telling me it was fixed when it was not. Finally after a few days I ran out of time, cancelled the account. Refund took ages to process. Then a month later they bill me again for a cancelled account. Still no word for support. My experience is if a dysfunctional company with next to no meaningful support and ultra-scammy billing practices.

I've been using them for over a year now and suddenly one of the articles on one of the LPs I published is gone (and it was saved and live before!), also they out of blue started to charge me VAT, despite having my valid VAT nr-B2B. I'm waiting over 3 days for their reply via email. It's not worth to pay $99/month with so slow service and such situations!

This company has the absolute worst…

This company has the absolute worst customer service. After creating one page on their trial offer. They proceeded to charge me $888. Have they charged me the monthly amount until I caught that they were charging me after the trial. I would’ve been OK with that but they charged the entire year and then told me that I had seven days to ask for the refund and hadn’t made that timeframe. I’m a 65-year-old retired grandma. I have spent a year trying to get that money back. They can see that I have created zero lead pages and have never used their service and still they refuse to refund me the money saying I only had seven days. This is terrible customer service in an industry that has a lot of competitors. I would advise you to choose a company who sees their customers as human beings, and when given the evidence that a person has not used their service at all would be willing to at least refund half the money or any part of the money. Steer clear of this company.

My free trial sign up failed, but they then charged £720 two weeks later!

I tried to sign up for the free 2 week trial. I put in my debit card details and they wouldn't accept them, so I gave up. I didn't start the trial and moved on. Then two weeks later they charged me £720 for a pro annual subscription! Shocked I contacted them by support ticket. They say "You can expect a response within 24 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays)." And they say they will refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment anyway, but three working days and two chaser emails later I still haven't heard anything. It's a dreadful technical fault that can cause this to happen in the first place, and abysmal customer service that I haven't even had a person reply to my ticket.

I’ve been using Leadpages for years. Anytime I’ve had any tech issues, their customer support team has always been ready to help and fix any problems as quickly as possible. Good service and good landing page designs and integrations.

Leadpages is pretty good

Templates are solid and you can sort by conversion rates which saves a lot of guessing. the website editor is intuitive, I had a page live in under an hour without any problems!The Leadmeter is handy, scores your page as you build it and flags stuff like (weak CTAs or missing elements before you publish something thats not gonna convert.AI headline generator good for when your staring at a blank screen. Wont blow your mind but gets you going for sure.People are easy to deal with too, support actually answers questions without the usual runaround and their free Expert Feedback where someone reviews your page and sends a video is weirdly generous.It does what it says, doesnt overcomplicate things.

Great Customer Service

I had an issue, so I contacted LP. The problem was sorted immediately. I have no problem recommending Leadpages as a funnel building service, landing pages platform or for Sales/Marketing funnelsGreat Co to deal with, you won't be disappointed I'm a Happy Leadpager..
