Used to be good under Boiler Guide.Now I ring leads and the customer says they have had numerous calls from various sources which begs thew question where are Leads IO sourcing the leads!!!Having monitored this year I am able to contact about 40/50%. Of these most have had multiple calls from not just leads io sources.Many are general enquiries.My contract with Boiler Guide was to be 1 of 3 installers quoting. Leads IO took on this obligation when they bought out Boiler Guide.I consider they are in breach of that contract.
