While they did an amazing job installing my gutters in less than a full day, we have experienced repeated trespassing and have even been ambushed by someone from their installation team claiming we needed to "pay now", making us late for work even, as he had blocked us in our driveway with his truck! We went through Lowe's and had a deal that stated our first payment would be due 30 days after the installation date. We are still within that time frame, by the way. And, once again this morning, for probably the 10th time since the installation, we saw on our cameras the same person trespassing on our property again! I've looked it up and no, this is not appropriate behavior, especially for an apparently BBB accredited business, to be harassing customers like this!!! We will make our payment in the timeframe as agreed upon with Jason and if this trespassing happens again, we feel we may need to take further action! It's definitely not normal for a company to send people out to ambush and harass their customers!
