Review Time
I had leaf filter install my gutters and a system. The gutter that was installed the installer placed the hole in the wrong spot. I said something to him and he said it would work as it should and I also included on the warranty and email Leaf Filter. No calls backs or anything. The installer told me I could call anytime and they would come back to fix but he was going to at that moment in time. Got busy with life and now I noticed the gutter where the opening to the down spout is pulling my down spout. I called Leaf Filters and someone was to be out today and no one showed. I called and since I did not pay 95.00 and by the way that is no where on my papers and they do not put the price they charge on the papers due to it can change Atlanta Office canceled the appointment. Their service is poor in customer service and relaying information to customers and they feel that they are right and there is no way what your saying can be there fault. Please use another service. There is more out there and I have had another service install gutter helmets on a home and they are nice and you can get that company locally. Buyer Beware.....
Terrible company I have installed gutter in the mero okc area for twenty years ......leaf filter charges 40 a ft for something we would charge 10;a ft I have seen their salesman sell jobs for whatever they can get away with ....their product does not work the screen is too fine .....their warranty is bs cause it does not cover acts of nature and adjacent trees ...water and leaves are not covered and when they are deciding to honor their warranty it is subject to a service fee . They can charge whatever they please ....do yourself a favor and call anyone that doesn't have multiple class action law suits against them .....also they materials are a joke silicone for rain gutter is just trash and the hangers they use I would not install if they gave them to me for free.....for the love of God they are worthless on all levels ya know they have an office in Edmond but won't advertise that fact cause unhappy customers would stalk them......just don't
This is the 2nd time we have worked with Leaf Filter because we are adding it to another home. I appreciate the professional service and quick installation. What I am looking forward to the most is no longer worrying about cleaning out the gutters on this home!
work is not done as per contract, it's given in writing that all gutter corner will be sealed ,leaf gutter screen will be installed and 3 people will come to do alignment and gutters will be fastened Plus plus. But an 18 years old person came to do the job. gutters are still leaking. when complained , two people came and they applied more silicone on old silicone and left in half hour and started at me
They use high-pressure sales techniques, and we fell for it. Only part of the job was completed, and I had to reach out for them to come back and finish. The quality of work was very lacking, with gaps left open that they attempted to fill with silicone caulking, which was messy. They returned three times but repeated the same poor workmanship each time. Overall, it was a terrible experience and far too expensive.
I strongly advise against using this company. I had my house gutters installed in Barrie, Ontario, and specifically requested high-quality 6-inch gutters. Unfortunately, after just four months and one winter, poor quality led to several issues: parts broke and many hangers fell off. It's crucial to choose a company with a solid reputation. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, as I've since discovered that many others encountered similar problems. Don't waste your money. The photo shows how low quality caused all the gutters to bend and some to break after only one winter! My previous gutters lasted over 20 years without any problems, and I replaced them simply because they looked old. When I reached out to the company, they claimed it wasn't covered under warranty, blaming it on natural causes. What are gutters supposed to do? Cook? In short, don't waste your money.

The representative assisted me in retrieving my deposit and even brought a gutter downspout from his own home to show me the Rustic Copper in person. Now, it's installed on my house along with a high-quality stainless steel screen system to prevent debris from the messy pine tree in my backyard. I no longer have to worry about cleaning needles out of my gutters. They fitted screens over the existing 5-inch gutters I had in the back, but the 6-inch option has definitely enhanced the appearance of the front of my mid-century ranch.
