Installation was done by Tim Wermuth on a Saturday (all day). He drove 3 hours arriving before 7:30 AM, did the job meticulously then showed me how to use the system. Tim did the job like it was his own home in my opinion. It was a big job with 342 feet including 5 gables (1 on second level) requiring trace back. He provided valuable information regarding the system.
The sales person was determined to get us a deal and finally did. We signed the contract for 2 controllers but only needed one with a booster. I was good with that.
