I experienced significant issues with the service during the installation and sale of a water filtration system for my home. Their actions led to financial loss, subpar product performance, and lack of adequate customer support.
On November 18, 2025, the service installed a water filtration system under misleading conditions. Despite my clear request for a salt-free system, they installed a salt-based one without my consent while I was away. Upon discovering this, I reached out to the operations manager to request a replacement with the correct model. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed without resolution.
Since the installation, the water quality has deteriorated instead of improving. The total dissolved solids (TDS) level rose from under 150 ppm to over 400 ppm, with a significant increase in chlorine levels as well. This shows that the installed system is not performing as promised.
Additionally, I was charged $5,800, which seems excessively high compared to market rates for similar systems. I consider this overcharge and the misleading sales tactics to be unfair business practices. The service has also not followed up, inspected the water quality, or provided any remedy despite my repeated requests.
I strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly research any dealings with this service.
