Be sure to check reviews on various platforms before making a decision; they all convey a similar message. This service appears to prioritize aggressive marketing over genuine customer needs. I experienced dishonesty regarding every aspect of the sale, from claims of free services and water testing to the type of system required and promises of free relocations. It took almost a month just to receive a follow-up call. After two months of back-and-forth, the Regional Installation Manager acknowledged that we were upsold, while the Regional Service Manager disagreed and offered a free reverse osmosis system that won't suit our home's needs. A second water test confirmed that we only required a softener, not the additional filters we were sold. The company has refused to remove the unnecessary filters or issue a refund. The Regional Service Manager seems more focused on selling us additional products for their own service rather than resolving our issue. They even misrepresented the test results in their communication, claiming we needed the filter, despite my possession of the actual results. They also declined to provide an itemized receipt for all purchased parts.
I experienced significant issues with the service during the installation and sale of a water filtration system for my home. Their actions led to financial loss, subpar product performance, and lack of adequate customer support.
On November 18, 2025, the service installed a water filtration system under misleading conditions. Despite my clear request for a salt-free system, they installed a salt-based one without my consent while I was away. Upon discovering this, I reached out to the operations manager to request a replacement with the correct model. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed without resolution.
Since the installation, the water quality has deteriorated instead of improving. The total dissolved solids (TDS) level rose from under 150 ppm to over 400 ppm, with a significant increase in chlorine levels as well. This shows that the installed system is not performing as promised.
Additionally, I was charged $5,800, which seems excessively high compared to market rates for similar systems. I consider this overcharge and the misleading sales tactics to be unfair business practices. The service has also not followed up, inspected the water quality, or provided any remedy despite my repeated requests.
I strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly research any dealings with this service.
