This whole winter, the system, of course, did not work. I will be paying for years on a system that does not work most of the time. As I have written before, they send someone to fix the issue, they say it's up and working, and the salt never empties. Maybe in a newer house it does, but in our old home, it always shuts down. I wish I could get a refund. We buy water to cook and drink, and have filters on our showers. Waste of money.
