I ordered an earring for the helix when it arrived just looking at it it was far to small looked liked a child’s one After a few emails asking for a refund they first agreed to refund the earring only a few more emails again then they finally agreed to refund it all except for the return postage They told me I should have looked at the actual sizes and not just the model which was what I did I saw the model with the earring on and when I zoomed in there looked plenty of room so I did not think I needed to look at the actual sizeI am still waiting for my refund
