I've received my order, after reading previous reviews I was concerned whilst waiting, I wish I'd read them before my purchase, DO NOT purchase from this company. I was right to be concerned. The items come in a box, no sealed zip locked bags, the threads on both items are rusty!! I will be making contact for a full refund of items and the delivery fee, pictures also taken on day of delivery. I will mention in no way is this deemed quality jewellery and it certainly is NOT in a condition where I feel safe having this jewellery in my ears!! disgraceful service. Note my order number, Léa Jewels and maybe make contact with me, no exchange will be accepted, a FULL refund ONLY - Order No: 13027. The photos are ready to send on to yourselves. UPDATE..THOUGHT I HAD THIS ISSUE SORTED YESTERDAY AS LÉA JEWELS EMAILED ME TO SAY THEY WOULD SEND OUT A PREPAID POSTAGE LABEL AND I'D RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND, DELIVERY INCLUDED. TO RECIVE AN EMAIL THIS MORNING TO SAY THEY'D SEND OUT REPLACEMENTS FULLY INSPECTED, SHOULDN'T ALL JEWELLERY BE FULLY INSPECTED ANYWAY (?) I'VE NOW PUT IN A DISPUTE WITH MY PAYMENT PROVIDER FOR THIS DISAPPOINTING SALE! I WOULD NEVER WANT A REPLACEMENT IT SERIOUSLY MAKES ME QUESTION THIS COMPANIES ETHICS, SWAPPING AND CHANGING YOUR MIND IS NOT OK. PLEASE JUST SORT MY REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE ITEMS YOU SENT ME!
I have purchased numerous earrings from this brand, however my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. One earring arrived without a barbell, so I contacted customer service to request a replacement. I was initially told this was not something they offer and that I would need to source one myself. Due to the specific size, this wasn’t possible, so I contacted the brand again to request a full replacement.I was then told they could send a replacement barbell and asked to provide my address for shipping. After doing so, I received no further response. I have followed up with two emails over the past three weeks and still haven’t heard back.On top of this, two of my flat-back earrings have since fallen out, which is incredibly frustrating. While the jewellery itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable customer service and product security means this is not a brand I’ll be repurchasing from — which is a real shame.
very disappointed, i ordered the crystle double hoop huggie earings on 23rd december and still waiting for them to arrive! royal mail tracking site say still expecting item! i have emailed you directly, twice with no reply. not happy at all! would accept a refund if someone would actually get back to me. shame as these were a gift for my girlfriend
I ordered these as my daughter sent a link.I wish I had done some research first.She chose the 6mm and I seriously can hardly see the earrings. They are not cheap and are a compete rip off.Steer clear. You can't change pierced earrings either even if not worn.I am disgusted with them.
Can’t review the product itself as I haven’t received it yet. Supposed to be tracked 48 hours yet I ordered it over a week ago and Royal Mail still don’t even have it yet. Annoyed as this was a gift for somebody’s birthday but the day has been and gone now. Customer service are really poor and they just said it will be delivered this week, it’s Thursday and Royal Mail still don’t have it so that’s not happening. I would just like my money back at this point.
