It took a long time, before they even transport. And when they do, they take pictures of the back of the house and then say they couldn't find the address... Respond of the "helping" desk: we cannot change the delivery address, but we can deliver the package with the neighbours 🙃🙃🙃🙃 Well if you know who my neighbours are, you also know where I live 🤣🤣
