I had experience with them only two times and both cases happend that they took a pic in front of my building as proof of delivery,but I haven’t received the packages.No one to complain to,no responsibility,no refund ,nothing.I can’t help but think they their management knows that they steal our packages and silently approve that,I just can’t believe such thing is happening in the country like Germany and nobody is responsible.If I could rate them zero I would,they are worst delivery service ever.

I have experienced problems with their service many times. Most of the workers are not responsible, and there is a high risk of losing items during delivery. If the recipient is not at home, they leave the package outside the house or apartment, where it can easily be taken by someone else. This is exactly what happened to me. Overall, their logistics service is very poor and unreliable.
This is absolute bullshit. They say I received my package, but the photo showed that the courier gave my package for my neighbor. I talked with my neighbor to get my package but he said that the courier did the photoshoot with him and my package then the courier LEFT WITH MY PACKAGE. This is called stealing by the way. Avoid this company at all costs!
