I had been researching and thinking on this and having the trusted voice of Judge Napolitano, well in a day and age when it's very hard to find someone trustworthy and knowledgeable, his voice holds a lot of weight for me and the trustworthy department and along with that he has spoken highly of the expertise, knowledge, insight, etc of Lear Capital.Then, when I was ready to proceed, with just a few things to clarify, I reached out to Lear Capital and Josh Fishman became my person. The questions I ask people are not for the general reasons that most folks ask similar questions, and I can be a bit quirky, just feedback throughout my life. I've had many experiences where people listen to the first few words and assume I'm asking a completely different question altogether or for a different reason. Those can be hard to get the person to listen and engage, or for me to really be heard, thus feeling comfortable that I am ready to proceed and all of my own boxes are checked, as well as any that I was not aware of, which is also key. I think that Josh has a similar mind as mine, although he has the people person down and the honesty and clarification as well. I don't think I've ever had a company clarify that I understood key aspects like I had when I spoke to him. I imagine he would've made a good surgeon. actually probably better but he walked me through everything and it was a very pleasant experience also because I have a special-needs child who does not like for me to be on the phone, and I also don't like to stay on the phone long, the whole thing was absolutely wonderful. Now if I had been somebody who had a ton more questions and felt comfortable going through them thoroughly, as like when I had my Home test tested for lead and questioned the guy on every little thing for a few hours, I have no doubt that Josh would've never made me feel pressured and be absolutely perfect in that scenario as well. I don't think I have had good old Customer Service and integrity and accompany that makes you feel like you're an extension of their business family going forward, well in a long time. It was all the aspects that I miss from back in the day.I was sick with my kiddos for a period, and Josh did everything he said he would and I still think I need to circle back with an additional thank you and update but my daughter with special needs loves Jake and the Neverland Pirates and their gold debloons and treasure. both of my kiddos were very excited, as was I. I open the box with them and we looked at the different types together. my kiddo that loves the pirates was in awww of all of it and very respectful about keeping the pieces nicely encased as they were delivered to us. It reminded me of having baseball cards as a kid. Thank you also for the peace of mind. my reasoning in the parts that were important to me I imagine are a little out of the norm but Josh was wonderful and I hope to be working with him for a very long time. additionally, as rare as I think it is to have someone like Josh, I feel like I would be in good hands overall with Lear Capital
